Tracing the Nile
The Nile River is the only river that flows from South to North in Africa. Parts of the Nile River act as a watery highway that connects the south eastern regions of Africa such as Uganda and Ethiopia to Egypt. The directional flow of the Nile makes it a magnificent travel method for the ancient and present civilizations who live along its borders. There are 3 major parts of the Nile, the White Nile and the Blue Nile. The Nile River starts at Lake Victoria and ends in the Mediterranean Sea.
