Anti-racism has become a buzz word in many organizations and within communities that have been marginalized and discriminated against at the individual and institutional level.

The term anti-racism refers to being against the inhumane and unethical treatment of groups of people or individuals based on their race or ethnicity.

We’ve developed an Anti-Racism framework that addresses vital areas where systemic racism pervades society. It provides a clear roadmap for developing impactful anti-racism strategies. Each of the key focus areas is crucial in dismantling systemic barriers and ensuring equity and justice.

  • Accountability

    Accountability emphasizes the need to address disparities in criminal justice and employment. By focusing on unbiased practices and law enforcement reform, we can work towards a more equitable society.

    Description : Establishing mechanisms to hold individuals and institutions responsible for racist actions and policies.

    Objectives: Implement transparent procedures for reporting racism, create clear policies for dealing with racist incidents, and foster a culture where racism is actively discouraged.

    Impact: Ensures that racism is not tolerated, and there are consequences for racist actions, fostering a safer and more inclusive environment.

  • Narrative Accuracy

    Narrative Accuracy tackles the issue of representation in education and media. It's vital to offer a diverse and accurate portrayal of history and current events to foster a more inclusive world view.

    Description: Ensuring that the history, stories, and contributions of all racial and ethnic groups are accurately represented.

    Objectives: Revise educational materials to include diverse perspectives, promote media that portrays all groups fairly, and challenge historical inaccuracies and stereotypes.

  • Timely Response
